I am building a chat site that I hope to use Picture voting, Gift buying,
membership that you buy your self or other members can buy for you,
banning of members that takes 6 others members to ban you and it takes at
least 200 of the banned members points to return to any chat room with
this it don't matter if the member try's to delete cookies or restarts it
takes 200 points to return to chat.
Basically I am after a point script that will give all new members 80 free
points and the opportunity to buy them, buy gifts and burn other members
points by just burning them or voting down or up there pics, with points
going to the member for HOT vote but NOT well they just disappear. I hope

The web site mine is based around is another chat site that I am on but is
very quickly going down hill for the worst. I can give you this site if
other contact is made so you get a better understanding of what I am
after. My web site in in the web but has no DB at the moment but it will
give you a understanding of what I want as well, this to can be given on
another contact.
